Customer Care Specialist - Berge Mazda VW
Berge Mazda VW, part of the Berge Automotive Group, is searching for a CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST in the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (BDC).
- Setting appointments for the sales team
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Placing outbound calls to customers
- Sending and responding to emails from customers
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience answering and making phone calls for a business preferred
- Sales experience preferred
