Job Description

Berge Mazda VW, part of the Berge Automotive Group, is searching for a CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST in the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER (BDC).

JOB DUTIES:

  • Setting appointments for the sales team
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Placing outbound calls to customers
  • Sending and responding to emails from customers

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience answering and making phone calls for a business preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
